Renewal is a 2-week, faith-rooted orientation into the Grace Over Grind way of living.

It's not about fixing your life in two weeks. It's not about setting resolutions or building a perfect routine.

It is about:

• Slowing down long enough to notice where striving has been running the show

• Reconnecting with grace as a starting point, not a reward

• Creating space to discern what kind of support — if any — you actually need next

For some women, Renewal will be enough.

For others, it becomes the moment they realize:

I don't want another reset. I want a different way of living.

Who Renewal is For

Renewal is for women who:

• Feel the quiet exhaustion of carrying a lot of responsibility

• Are successful on the outside but sense misalignment on the inside

• Don't want to start another year in survival mode

• Feel drawn to grace, faith, and reflection, even if they've been relying mostly on themselves

• Want to pause long enough to tell the truth about what's actually unsustainable

  This experience is intentionally small. It's designed for women who are paying attention. 

What You'll Experience Inside Renewal

Renewal takes place over the first two weeks of the year inside a private Facebook group. 

Each weekday, you'll be guided through short reflections designed to help you:

• Notice your patterns without judgment

• Reconnect with your inner wisdom and God's presence

• Begin releasing the pressure to get everything right

You'll also be invited into two live virtual workshops where we'll slow down together and explore:

• What you're carrying into this year

• What you're ready to release

• What kind of support would actually serve you moving forward

This is not passive content. It's an invitation to listen — gently, honestly, and without force.
